**Job Title**: Store Coordinator

Location: Andheri

**Reports To**: Store Manager / Operations Manager**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Store Operations Support**
- Assist in managing daily store activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Oversee cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising of the store.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.

**2. Inventory Management**
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock.
- Assist in managing inventory discrepancies and reconciling stock issues.

**3. Sales Coordination**
- Support the sales team in meeting sales targets through effective coordination.
- Assist with promotions, discounts, and special offers to boost sales.
- Track daily sales performance and prepare reports for management.

**4. Team Support & Coordination**
- Coordinate staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage during store hours.
- Train and guide new team members on store policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
- Act as a liaison between the store team and management to address operational needs.

**5. Vendor & Supplier Coordination**
- Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback for improvement.

**6. Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure store operations comply with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor safety and security measures within the store.
- Address and report any safety or operational issues to management.

**Skills & Qualifications:Education & Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required); a degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or store operations (preferred).

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or retail software.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Management: 1 year (preferred)
