**Role / Position **:Store Executive

**Education**: Any Graduate.

**Experience**: 1 - 3 Yrs in Store Operation Management.

**Salary**: 10 K - 20 K

**Notice Period **:Immediate Joiners

**Job Location **:Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai.

**Key Skillsets **:Tally ERP 9, MS-office (MS -Excel, MS - Word).

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel including knowledge of formulae.
- Good communication skills.
- Time management.
- Detail oriented.
- Keep record of stock on regular basis.
- Demonstrating and Merchandising products.
- Store Cleanliness, Store Opening / Closing.
- Validating and Receiving Stock.
- Stock Audits.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.
- Request quotes and compare prices for maximum savings.
- Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate appropriate contracts for pricing and supply.
- Make PO’s and maintain proper record of the same.
- Examine and review products and supplies to ensure quality.
- Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time.
- Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies.
- Work with team members, supervisors, and engineers to develop future purchasing plans.
- Ensure all deliveries contain all goods requested.
- Maintain proper records of material received, inward and outward register.
- Coordinate with accounts department on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters.
- Excellent work ethic and time management skills.
- Plan day-to-day Operations, Task & Rooster for Store & Stock Management.
- Ensure adherence to SOP at Store.
- Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and store timings.
- Maintaining accurate Store & Stock records.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
