**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and stocking incoming engineering materials, spare parts, and tools.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software.
- Issue materials and components to departments based on requisitions and ensure proper documentation.
- Label and organize inventory items systematically for easy identification and retrieval.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Store Keeper.
- Conduct periodic stock-taking and cycle counts in coordination with the Store Keeper.
- Ensure the store area is clean, safe, and compliant with company safety policies.
- Assist in preparing purchase requisitions for required store items.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments for smooth materials flow.
- Maintain documentation such as GRN, issue slips, and stock registers.
- Follow proper FIFO/FEFO methods in issuing consumables and spares.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a focus on inventory or mechanical/electrical background).
- Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in engineering stores, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
