Overview:
Waters is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to work collaboratively with other team members on the implementation and support of our new Salesforce platform and Digital Transformation. In this role, you will be working as a key member of the Customer platform team within IT department. Your role is to support the current and next generation of technology to our global CRM Systems across all divisions and business units at Waters. The role will focus on Salesforce operations, to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve system problems based on reported issues and manage support tickets, as well as operational monitoring. You will also participate in projects for new capabilities as needed.

**Responsibilities**:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve system problems based on reported issues and manage support tickets
- Assist the team with the analysis, testing, and roll out of specific enhancements and system upgrades
- Frequent interactions with business users on issues and escalation points to help to diagnose and resolve system problems.
- Assist in configuration of the platform including workflows, approval processes, control data, dashboards, reports, etc.
- Assist in maintenance of the customer platform including user maintenance, roles, permissions, etc.
- Assist in creation of training materials and end user training.
- Perform Salesforce configuration and customization to support process automation.
- Perform Unit Testing and Defect Fixes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related experience
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience in an administration or primary support role
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with solid knowledge of triaging and escalation of critical issues.
- Strong technical skills of a CRM with good business acumen in sales, service, and marketing.
- Customer focus.
- Good written and verbal skills
- Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certifications preferred
