In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields and other routine tasks.
- Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements and optimize user experience.
- Provide support to users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve support tickets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements and implement these changes as appropriate.
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of Salesforce data.
- Create and maintain documentation for users, processes, and workflow. Also, documenting customizations made within the Salesforce.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
- Assist in training users on Salesforce functionality and best practices.
- Collaborate with developers and technical teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
- Assist in the implementation of new Salesforce features and functionality.
- Automate processes using Salesforce tools like process builder, flow automation, and validation rules.
- Manage less complex Salesforce integrations that do not require the involvement of a Salesforce Developer or Consultant/Partner.
- Train new users and fostering Salesforce skill development across the organization.
The required qualifications for the job include:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, including ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, processes, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is a plus.
- Experience with data management and data quality assurance.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience with Agile methodology, successful project management in an Agile environment.
- Continuous improvement, Gemba, Kaizen, Problem Solving Process, 5-Why
