Eljo Servicesprovides Remote Business Management Services to our UK Client who is a leading Healthcare Staffing Agency. We have Offices in Cyber Park, Kozhikode and at Kelakam. We are also part of a group of Companies including Jinta’s Learning Solutions, Eljo Logistics Pvt Ltd, Joscocare, reach24, skillsacademietc spread across India and the UK. The Company is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking to progress their career in compliance. The Compliance Officer will be directly reporting to the Operations Director, UK.
**Duties**:
- Ensure systems, processes, and controls across the recruitment team.
- Ensure the correct processes and procedures are being followed within the compliance team within the agreed timeframes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant GDPR regulations within the compliance team.
- Manage and incentivize the team, hold regular 1-2-1s and monitor individual performance.
- Handle and resolve any escalations or general compliance queries.
- Ensure all processes and practices adhere to legislative guidance
- Ensure the business is prepared for and would pass an audit at any time.
- Keep up to date with right-to-work and visa and immigration legislation and inform and implement any changes to the business.
- Support with the development of reports and extract and analyse data
- Ensure the compliance trackers are kept up-to-date and accurate.
**Skills and experience required**:
- Experience of working in recruitment or HR compliance, responsible for the post offer process and the pre-employment checking process in a high-volume role.
- Experience in carrying out enhanced DBS checks and reference checks.
- Experience of managing and developing teams.
- Ability to analyse data and able to articulate and present it clearly.
- Strong management and leadership skills with a positive and motivational style
