**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant keywords for PPC campaigns.
- Create and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
- Write compelling ad copy and design effective landing pages to increase conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting to optimize campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in PPC advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align PPC strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance and recommendations for optimization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, with a strong track record of achieving positive ROI.
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience with other PPC platforms such as Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (preferred but not required).

**Additional Skills (preferred)**:

- Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications.
- Experience with bid management tools and PPC automation.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they relate to PPC.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
