**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns.
- Write ad copy and optimize for performance based on best practices.
- Monitor budgets and adjust bids to optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.
- Track KPIs and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads).
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to improve continuously campaign performance.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, and other facets of paid search.
- Stay updated with PPC industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to align PPC strategy with overall marketing goals.

- Proven experience as a PPC Specialist, PPC Analyst, or similar role with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other PPC advertising platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.
