**Urgent Hiring of**PPC Executive (App Marketing)

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. PPC Campaign Management**

Plan, execute, and optimize **Google Ads (UAC), Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads**, and other paid acquisition channels.

Conduct **keyword research**, audience segmentation, and bid management to maximize ROI.

A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies for better performance.

Analyze campaign performance and implement improvements based on data insights.

**2. App Store Optimization (ASO)**

Optimize **app titles, descriptions, keywords, screenshots, and videos** to improve visibility and downloads.

Conduct **competitor analysis** to identify trends and strategies for better rankings.

Monitor **app performance metrics** such as impressions, downloads, retention rate, inapp purchase and reviews.

**3. Performance Tracking & Reporting**

Utilize tools like **Google Analytics, Firebase, App Store Connect, and Adjust** to track campaign effectiveness.

Provide **weekly and monthly reports** on campaign performance, budget utilization, and KPIs.

Identify new growth opportunities based on data analysis.

**Requirements**:
**2+ years** of experience in **PPC advertising** with a focus on **app marketing**.

Strong knowledge of **Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads Manager**, and other mobile ad networks.

Hands-on experience in **App Store Optimization (ASO)** for both **iOS and Android**.

Proficiency in **Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, App Store Connect, and similar analytics tools**.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
