- Prepare and ensure accurate attendance management for all categories of employees.
- Check and manage shift schedules, leave records, overtime, late coming, and early exit reports.
- Coordinate with department heads/section heads for manpower deployment and shift roster planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry of attendance, leave, and overtime for payroll processing.
- Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly attendance MIS reports with stakeholders.
- Handle employee queries related to attendance, leaves, and biometric access issues.
- Ensure smooth functioning of biometric and access control systems; coordinate with vendors as needed.
- Ensure strict compliance with the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, 1970 and other applicable laws.
- Maintain updated contractor records, license copies, agreement terms, and ensure contractor validity.
- Verify and ensure timely submission of statutory returns, wage sheets, and challans by contractors.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance in wages, PF, ESI, bonus, and welfare amenities.
- Coordinate with contractors for gate passes, manpower planning, skill matrix, and deployment schedules.
- Proactive approach for all labour welfare initiatives and awareness drives related to contract labour.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in documentation and records.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and statutory returns related to labour and industrial relations.
- Support HR initiatives like audits, compliance checks, internal meetings, and training programs.
- Ensure coordination with government agencies (e.g., Labour Dept, Factory Inspectorate) as needed.
- Ensure timely completion of daily reports and other routine jobs & Timely bill passing of Contractors.
