**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Office Assistance**:

- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records related to property registrations.
- Support day-to-day office operations, including photocopying, printing, and scanning documents.
- Ensure proper filing and timely submission of registration-related paperwork.
- Assist team members in general administrative tasks as needed.

**Runner Boy Duties**:

- Visit registration offices, banks, or other relevant locations to submit and retrieve documents.
- Coordinate with government officials and departments for smooth processing of registrations.
- Handle on-field tasks such as delivering documents to clients or collecting signatures when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up on the status of property registrations and update the team accordingly.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients and officials.
- Ensure all errands and tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Handle confidential information responsibly.
- Keep track of office supplies and assist in replenishing them when necessary.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Document management: 1 year (preferred)
