Jewellery Ecommerce Merchandiser

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented Jewellery Merchandiser to join our dynamic sales and merchandising team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the performance of our jewellery collections, conducting market and competitor analysis, and collaborating closely with the sales, marketing, and design teams to align merchandising strategies with our overall business goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor inventory levels and make informed decisions regarding product replenishment, ensuring optimal stock levels at all times.
- Analyze collection performance: weekly/monthly/seasonal reporting on sales, best sellers and sell-through analysis, strengths and weaknesses of current and past collections.
- Market and competitor analysis in terms of product and pricing positioning in different markets, with the aim of a constant update to the team to support product development and marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the design and product development teams to curate a compelling assortment of jewellery products that meet customer preferences and market trends.
- Development of displays in store as well as on the website. Create visually appealing displays for both physical stores and online platforms.
- Develop and execute effective strategy with the social media team for digital marketing

**Salary**: ₹340,000.00 - ₹460,000.00 per year
