Responsible to reduce the TAT for Designs/ Corel
- Ensure proper coordination & follow up with CAD for RPT & communicate changes required in the CAD, if any.
- Co-ordinate with designers on the projects given in hand & provide reference image, if required.
- Give instructions to designers in terms of product type, size, dimension, shape, and materials as per the conducted research.
- Ensure all RPTs (made from CAD & external vendor) are checked against the designs before its given to the silver sampling team
- Responsible to co-ordinate with clients & ensure timely completion of projects
- Participating in exhibitions for brand/category to generate insights to grow the business Web analysis, customer interaction, industry trends, competitor analysis, etc
- To build a network that leads to higher results/business as per agreed target that is set annually.
- To monitor & control revenue throughout the sales operation to meet budget targets. Escalate whenever necessary
- To retain and develop strong relationships with customers; delivering strategic insight and advice and industry intelligence, to help them achieve their objectives
- To update/familiarize customers about product promotions or new designs and create opportunities to upsell between different account levels
- To ensure receipt of timely payments from the customers Quarterly sales analysis report (qualitative and quantitative).
- Discuss the deviations and action plan with management
- Create strong PR to build brand with employees, suppliers, vendors, etc.
- Actively participate in all brand building activities initiated by the company
- Research latest trends by visiting trade shows, jewellery stores, markets, interacting with customers, read various jewellery publications (also share the research data with the team)
- Responsible for conceptualizing and giving innovative ideas to design the exhibition stalls, merchandising & product display
- Responsible for creating various company communications, website & external brand building initiatives
- Ensure the designs are segregated collection & category wise & put into the respective folders post its shoot

**Criteria**:

- Proven experience in jewellery merchandising (Min 5yrs as a Merchandiser)
- Commercial acumen and ability to ‘decode’ customers.
- Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
