Team: Cloud Application Team

Designation: L2 Application Support

Np
- 15days to Immediate

Essentials:

- 1. MUST HAVE: Proficient in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, windows Batch & Unix shell scripts (2+ years of experience)
- 2. MUST HAVE: Strong analytical/Problem solving skills
- 3. MUST HAVE: Ability to work in 24/7 Shift cycles
- 4. MUST HAVE: Average to above Average Communication skills
- 5. GOOD TO HAVE: Prior experience on BY products
- 6. GOOD TO HAVE: Supply Chain Management Domain skill.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Fixing Batch failures/long runs
- Maintain 100% Application availability
- Application patching and validation
- User management (create/password expirations etc., Role assignment)
- Problem Management on recurring Batch failures/Application alerts
- Catering to Ad-hoc requests

a. Batch runs on Test to testing a functionality, feature, change request.

b. Extracts/reports

c. UI management

d. Data management/Purging

e. DB refresh requests

f. UI performance issue (data coming in FE, exporting data from FE), Weblogic heap sizing, stuck threads.

g. Making changes to scripts to add/update some requirement. minor enhancement.

h. Change request/Promote to Prod.

Catering to User queries

a. basic Technical/functional cases

b. troubleshooting UI issues.

Assisting on Infra initiatives ? Unix password change, software currency, Vulnerabilities.

Experience: 3 to 4.5 yrs
