**Roles and Responsibilities**

1. Converting Prospects into customers by Show-Casting appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which matching the investment need of the prospects.

2. Taking prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process.

3. To be Compliant with operations process.Providing after sales services and assist in Home Loans for the customers.

4. Coordinating with other sales reps to ensure company quotes and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitors monitoring.

1. Graduation /MBA Degree

2. Positive attitude, ready to meet new people, enjoys doing sales.

3. Proficiency with sales management software.

4. Active listening & good communication skills, Social Media Skills, Problem solving, Presentation and organizational skills.

5. Ability to understand requirements of prospects and decent attitude to understand and pitch property solutions to prospects.

6. High level of passion & confidence and fearless attitude.
