**Lead Generation**: Identify, qualify, and prospect potential clients within the real estate industry through cold calls, networking, and attending industry events.
- **Client Engagement**: Engage with clients to understand their real estate needs, offering tailored solutions that match their objectives.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct presentations to prospective clients, demonstrating how our services (property investment, real estate management, etc.) can help achieve their business goals.
- **Proposal and Quotation Preparation**: Create and present proposals and quotes that align with client requirements, negotiating terms and conditions as necessary.
- **Sales Closures**: Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and signing contracts.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to offer relevant solutions to clients.
- **Sales Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead progression, and market insights to senior management.
- **Collaboration**: Work with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- **Customer Feedback**: Gather feedback from clients to ensure satisfaction and help refine service offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar sales role (preferably in the real estate or property management industry).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and associated services.
- Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
