**Key Responsibilities**:
✔ **Prepare Authentic South Indian Dishes** - Cook a variety of South Indian dishes such as **dosa, idli, vada, sambar, rasam, parotta, biryani, chutneys, and curries**.
✔ **Menu Planning** - Assist in designing a diverse and balanced South Indian menu.
✔ **Ingredient Preparation** - Chop vegetables, grind spices, and prepare batters for dosas and idlis.
✔ **Maintain Food Quality & Hygiene** - Follow strict food safety and sanitation guidelines.
✔ **Stock & Inventory Management** - Ensure all ingredients are stocked and fresh.
✔ **Cooking Techniques** - Expert in tempering (tadka), slow cooking, and steaming methods.
✔ **Team Collaboration** - Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
✔ **Presentation & Plating** - Serve dishes in an appealing manner, ensuring authenticity.
✔ **Customer Satisfaction** - Take feedback and continuously improve food quality.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
✔ Proven experience as a **South Indian Cook** in a restaurant, hotel, or catering setup.
✔ Deep knowledge of **South Indian spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking methods**.
✔ Ability to work in a **fast-paced** environment.
✔ Strong understanding of **food safety standards**.
✔ Good communication and teamwork skills.
✔ Willingness to work **early mornings** (for breakfast prep) and weekends if needed.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Diploma or certification in **Culinary Arts** (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in **both vegetarian and non-vegetarian South Indian dishes**.
Ability to experiment with **modern twists** while maintaining authenticity.
Pay: ₹56,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
