**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian meals such as dosa, idli, sambar, chutney, and other regional specialties for company staff members.
- Plan weekly menus and coordinate with management to ensure that the meals are nutritious, tasty, and meet dietary requirements.
- Manage and oversee the company kitchen, including ordering and managing inventory, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and maintaining equipment.
- Monitor food quality, taste, and presentation to ensure that each dish meets the company’s high standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop cost-effective and innovative menu options.
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and assistants.
- Monitor and control food costs and waste, and ensure that food is prepared and served within the designated time frame.
- Follow health and safety standards and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cooking South Indian cuisine.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
