Education:

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.

Experience:

- Total Experience : 3 Years in South Indian Department
- Minimum Experience : 6 Months to 1 Year of experience as a south Indian cook

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes, adhering to traditional recipes
- Plan and execute menu items, ensuring quality and taste standards are met
- Source and select fresh ingredients for daily cooking
- Monitor and manage kitchen stock levels, including spices and specialty items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Adapt recipes to meet dietary restrictions and preferences when necessary
- Stay updated on South Indian culinary trends and innovations
- Contribute to menu planning and development

**Requirements**:

- Deep understanding of South Indian culinary techniques and flavors
- Knowledge of traditional spice combinations and regional specialties
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality dishes
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils used in South Indian cuisine
- Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
- Languages:

- English, Hindi and Marathi.

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
