_**Job Profile - Product & Process Trainer / Full Time / Permanent / Work From Office**_
- **Package - 3.00 Lacs to 3.84 Lacs per annum (In Hand)**_
- **Roles and Responsibilities**_
- _Prepare Training Module to conduct the training, Such as Product & Process Training, Soft Skills_
- _Training, Communication Skills Training, Sales Training, SOP Training and Induction & Etc._
- _Monitor and coach agents on grammar, pronunciation, syllable stress and other aspects of the English language, culture, etc._
- _Provide consistent coaching and feedback to enhance employee performance._
- _Support floor training initiatives, intermittently assist in design and development of training material._
- _Provide feedback and input for training content enhancement and development._
- _Develop action plans for the bottom quartile and ensure they move up the learning curve. Ensure advisors are skilled & knowledgeable to handle customer interactions._
- _Coach advisors on improvement in products & processes, Create learning solutions and customize training delivery._
- _Provide Financial Market Training - Forex & Comex. Conduct OJT & Refresher Training. Organize JKQ & Complete Certification Process._
- _Conduct Session on Compliance & Customer Satisfaction._
- _You shall execute & perform all such duties that may be assigned to you for time to time and we reserve its rights to change these at its discretion._
- _Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate._
- _Talkative, Enthusiastic, and Innovative._
- _Knowledge of Global Market. (Forex & Comex)_
- _Fluent English Communication, Sales & Marketing Skills require_
