Tax Trainee

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Tax Trainees to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals interested in gaining practical experience in tax compliance, advisory, and audit services. The role offers comprehensive training in various tax processes and exposure to a range of tax-related projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in preparing and filing **GST returns, income tax returns, and TDS filings** for individuals and businesses.
- Conduct **research on tax regulations and updates** to ensure compliance with current laws.
- Support senior tax advisors in **tax assessments, audits, and litigation matters**.
- Perform **data reconciliation, analysis, and report generation** for various tax filings.
- Assist in **client communication** to gather required information for tax filings and respond to tax-related inquiries.
- Help in the preparation of documents and reports for **tax planning, risk assessment, and compliance**.
- Contribute to **monthly/quarterly tax compliance reports** and assist in updating internal records.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field** (students pursuing CA/CS/CMA or similar qualifications are preferred).
- **Basic knowledge of Indian tax laws**, including GST, income tax, and TDS.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with **tax software** is a plus but not required.
**Skills Required**:
- Strong **analytical and problem-solving skills**.
- Attention to detail and **accuracy** in data handling.
- Good **communication skills**, both written and verbal.
- Ability to **work under supervision** as well as independently when required.
- Eagerness to **learn and adapt** in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,514.09 per month
