As a CA Article Trainee, you will undergo practical training under the guidance of a qualified Chartered Accountant. You will be exposed to various functions related to auditing, taxation, accounting, and financial advisory services. This training is designed to equip you with real-world experience and enhance your theoretical knowledge in the field of accounting and finance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Auditing**: Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits. Ensure compliance with the required standards and regulations. Verify financial statements, documents, and vouchers.
- **Taxation**: Assist in the preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and TDS Returns. Support in tax planning and advisory.
- **Accounting**: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, maintaining books of accounts, and performing reconciliations.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements, such as Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST laws.
- **Research & Analysis**: Conduct financial analysis, research on tax matters, and study changes in accounting standards.
- **Client Interaction**: Assist in managing client relationships, preparing reports, and delivering presentations to clients.
- **Other duties**: Support in corporate filings, secretarial work, and other ancillary tasks as required by the CA firm.

**Requirements**:

- Must have cleared [CA Foundation/IPCC] exams and registered for articleship under ICAI.
- Basic knowledge of accounting standards, auditing practices, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, etc., is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks.

**Educational Qualification**:

- Pursuing Chartered Accountancy from ICAI.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
