**# Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Accountant to join our finance team. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals aspiring to start their career in accounting. The Trainee Accountant will support the finance team in various accounting tasks and gain valuable hands-on experience.

**# Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with data entry.
- Support in maintaining accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
- Help in the preparation and submission of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Assist with the accounts payable and receivable functions, including processing invoices and payments.
- Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

**# Qualifications**:

- Bachelor of Commerce
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software like Tally.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
