- Conducting research and preparing reports as needed.
- Managing and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Performing office administrative duties and maintaining records.
- Updating bank entries and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Coordinating with clients and maintaining professional communication.
- Assisting with general day-to-day tasks and operational requirements.
- Providing support in managing projects and streamlining workflows.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
This role requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a commitment to supporting the team effectively.
