
Personal Assistant to The Chief Executive Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Business Proposals**: Assist in drafting business proposals and presentations.
- **Calendar & Scheduling**: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- **Meeting Documentation**: Take minutes of meetings and ensure follow-ups on action items.
- **Research & Analysis**: Conduct research on various business topics and trends.
- **Task Optimization**: Streamline workflows to enhance CEO’s efficiency.
- **Technology & AI Utilization**: Utilize ChatGPT and other AI tools to improve productivity.
- **Document Preparation**: Create engaging presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, and Excel.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay updated with industry trends and business insights.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from reputed Mumbai institutions like **Kelkar, Somaiya, MCC, Welingkar, Xaviers, or other top colleges**.
- **Fluent in English** (spoken & written).
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva**.
- Strong **organizational and multitasking skills**.
- Ability to work efficiently on a **computer and business-related portals**.
- A problem-solving mindset with a **willingness to take up challenges**.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in **executive assistance, business research, or operations management**.
- Familiarity with AI tools like **Chat GPT, automation platforms, and data analysis tools**.
