Receptionist / Telecaller

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure that proper counselling and course information are briefed to students over the phone and convert the inquiry into registration.
- Calling all the Leads on daily basis and convert the prospective leads into walk-ins
- Strictly adhere to company policies and reaching the target on Monthly basis
- Managing the Students & Visitors.
- Providing excellent customer service to all inquiries/clients and existing students Coordinating with Trainers for allocation of batch.
- Maintain all data of students, administering the students test and their reports and other duties assigned from time to time.
- Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
- Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus.
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
