**CRM Intern**:
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a CRM Associate. This role will involve managing customer relationships in our CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in supporting our sales and marketing efforts through data analysis and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage customer data within our CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports and analyse data to provide insights into customer trends and sales performance.
- Assist with sales and marketing campaigns, including data entry and lead generation.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on CRM best practices and technology advancements.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field, preferred
- BBA or BCOM or MBA
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS-Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and organizational skills.

Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English is a strong advantage

Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
