**Job Title**: Research & Formulation Development Chemist (Cosmetics)
**Location**: Ambala, Haryana

We are looking for an experienced **Formulation Development Chemist ( Cosmetics)** to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality, trend-driven cosmetic products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and formulate a wide range of color cosmetics, including lipsticks, foundations, eyeshadows, blushes, and more.
- Conduct in-depth research on pigments, raw materials, and cosmetic trends to develop innovative formulations.
- Perform stability testing, shade matching, and compatibility studies to ensure product quality and shelf-life.
- Optimize formulations to enhance performance, cost-efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and quality control, to bring new products to market.
- Maintain detailed records of formulation processes, ingredient specifications, and test results.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as FDA, BIS, and other cosmetic standards.
- Troubleshoot formulation challenges and provide technical support during scale-up and production.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements in the color cosmetics industry.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of **3 years of experience** in color cosmetics formulation and product development.
- Strong knowledge of pigments, emulsions, and formulation techniques specific to color cosmetics.
- Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing methodologies related to cosmetic products.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with clean beauty and natural formulations.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance for global markets.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety procedures.
