Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager in Contract Manufacturing Derma Products (Skin and Hair Care) located in Saha. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving growth in the derma products sector. Daily tasks will involve market analysis, client meetings, production planning coordination, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in client management and B2B sales.
- Pitch the new projects to the clients and convert the opportunity.
- Strong communication and relationship management abilities
- Proven track record in business development or sales within the cosmetics or skincare industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site in Saha
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with regulations
