As a Skin Sales Counselor at Satya Skin & Hair Care Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their aesthetic journey and promoting our range of skin care treatments and products. You will be responsible for building rapport with clients, understanding their needs and concerns, and recommending tailored solutions to help them achieve their desired outcomes. With your expertise in skin care and sales, you will contribute to the overall success and growth of the clinic.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with clients in a professional and empathetic manner to understand their skin care goals and concerns.Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Educate clients on the benefits of different skin care treatments and products, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on clients' individual needs and budget.Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless coordination of treatments and provide clients with accurate information.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling skin care treatments and products.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales transactions in the clinic's CRM system communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-driven mind-set with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for helping clients look and feel their best, with a genuine interest in skin care and aesthetics.
