**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the research and development of cosmetic formulations including **creams, serums, facewash**, and more.
- Support in **product testing**, **quality checks**, and conducting **stability studies**.
- Conduct **market research** and **competitor analysis** to contribute to new product development ideas.
- Assist in regulatory and documentation tasks such as **MSDS creation**, **ingredient sourcing**, and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate with the **design, packaging**, and **marketing teams** to support new product launches.
- Prepare and organize **presentations**, **data sheets**, and assist in **report generation** for internal review.
- Help maintain **lab cleanliness** and manage **inventory**, especially for lab-based assignments.
- Participate in **production assistance and inventory management** as required.
- Pursuing or completed **B.Sc / M.Sc** in **Cosmetic Science**, **Chemistry**, **Biotechnology**, or related fields.
- Passionate about **cosmetics**, **skincare**, and **personal care formulations**.
- Basic understanding of **cosmetic ingredients**, formulation techniques, and safety standards.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite** (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong observational, communication, and documentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn within a collaborative environment.
