**Location**: Hadapsar, Pune.

**Experience Required**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Machine Shop (CNC/VMC).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PPC (Production Planning & Control).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and monitor daily/weekly/monthly production plans as per customer schedules.
- Manage PPC activities in **SAP** including planning, scheduling, and monitoring.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material availability.
- Ensure smooth **material flow** across all production stages.
- Collaborate with production, purchase, and quality teams to align operations with planning.
- Monitor machine loading, process sequence, and capacity utilization for **CNC & VMC machines**.
- Maintain optimum **inventory levels** to support production without excess stock.
- Track order status, identify delays, and initiate corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement in lead time reduction and cost efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation and MIS reports related to PPC.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of **PPC processes** and SAP modules.
- Understanding of **CNC/VMC machining processes** and machine shop operations.
- Basic knowledge of **material flow & supply chain processes**.
- Experience in **inventory management & vendor coordination**.
- Analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Good communication and team collaboration abilities.

**Qualification**:

- Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Production Engineering or equivalent.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,236.38 - ₹40,596.00 per month
