**Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm**

**Working Status - WFO**

Job Description:

- Connect and engage with pre-generated leads via outbound calls & develop in-depth knowledge of product & services.
- Achieve sales targets by new customer acquisition and ensure growth / revenue from existing customers.
- Adhere to quality standards & processes within defined metrics.
- Listening and negotiation skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge about products.
- Target Oriented.
- Time management skills.

Experience: 1 year to 3 years.

Languages: Excellent communication skills (English is must).

Qualifications:

- Bachelors or MBA in Sales/Marketing/Operations.
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹9,316.83 - ₹34,689.95 per month
