**Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the hiring and training of new empployees as well as continous training of existing staff.
- Oversee both front and back of house operations, including wait staff, kitchen crew and bussing staff.
- Maintain high quality food standards.
- Oversee kitchen staff with maintaing all health codes and sanitation requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
- Respond customer complaints and resolve them effeciently.
- Develop Strategies for improving customers dining experience.
- Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods and cleaning products.
- Maintian inventory of all needed supplies
- Identify methods our restaurant cna use to cut waste, decrease costs and improve profits.
- Mange the work schedules of our restaurant’s staff.
**Restaurant Supervisor Requiremnts**:
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred.
- Proven ability to work in fast - paced setting.
- Strong multi - tasking skills.
- The Physical ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
- Exceptional organizational, communication and customer service skills.
- Strong managerial skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
