Restaurant Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the hiring and training of new empployees as well as continous training of existing staff.
  • Oversee both front and back of house operations, including wait staff, kitchen crew and bussing staff.
  • Maintain high quality food standards.
  • Oversee kitchen staff with maintaing all health codes and sanitation requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and lead staff to do the same.
  • Respond customer complaints and resolve them effeciently.
  • Develop Strategies for improving customers dining experience.
  • Work with staff to project future needs for kitchen supplies, goods and cleaning products.
  • Maintian inventory of all needed supplies
  • Identify methods our restaurant cna use to cut waste, decrease costs and improve profits.
  • Mange the work schedules of our restaurant's staff.

Restaurant Supervisor Requiremnts:

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous experience in hospitality industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in fast - paced setting.
  • Strong multi - tasking skills.
  • The Physical ability to remain standing for long periods of time.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong managerial skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
