Job Summary:
As a Restaurant Steward, you play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant. You are

responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of operations by supporting the waitstaff and kitchen team. Your attention to detail

and dedication to cleanliness contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Table Preparation:

- Set tables with clean linens, flatware, glassware, and tableware before service.
- Ensure all condiments, salt and pepper shakers, and menus are properly arranged.

2. Dishwashing and Cleaning:

- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment to ensure the cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and utensils.
- Hand wash delicate items as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing and storage area.
- Regularly empty trash bins and replace trash bags.

3. Support for Waitstaff:

- Assist waitstaff by refilling water glasses, clearing empty dishes, and delivering orders to tables.
- Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure tables are reset quickly for the next guests.

4. Maintenance:

- Report any maintenance or repair issues in the dining area or kitchen to the appropriate staff.
- Ensure that floors, walls, and surfaces are clean and free from spills.
- Help with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing wobbly tables.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth flow of dishes and utensils.
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring proper storage and rotation of ingredients.

6. Health and Safety:

- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling chemicals or cleaning agents.

7. Teamwork:

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by assisting team members as needed.
- Communicate effectively with fellow stewards, kitchen staff, and waitstaff.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Steward or a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Salary : Between 12K-16K per month + incentive

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹16,914.49 per month
