Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Waiters/Stewards to join our team. The role involves ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests by providing excellent service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
  • Serve food and drinks as per standards.
  • Ensure tables and service areas are clean and well-presented.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints courteously.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
  • Adhere to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Hotel Management diploma preferred).
  • Prior experience in hospitality/restaurant service will be an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
