The Steward (Waiter) is responsible for providing courteous, efficient, and prompt service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and following service standards to enhance guest satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Guest Service**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and suggest specials or promotions.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
- Check on guest satisfaction during the meal and address any concerns immediately.

**Service Operations**:

- Prepare tables with clean linens, cutlery, glassware, and condiments before service.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests efficiently.
- Assist in buffet setups, banquets, and special event arrangements.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

**Cleanliness & Hygiene**:

- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and work equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of tableware and glassware.

**Teamwork & Compliance**:

- Support colleagues in peak service times.
- Follow hotel SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and brand service guidelines.
- Report any service issues, guest complaints, or maintenance needs to the supervisor.


**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
