The Steward / Waiter is responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The role includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting in restaurant operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating.
- Present menus, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve promptly.
- Ensure table setup is complete and presentable before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.
- Refill water, beverages, and attend to guest requests efficiently.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow.
- Follow service standards and sequence of service as per hotel SOPs.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Ensure proper billing and handover to the cashier.
- Handle guest complaints politely and inform the supervisor if needed.
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
