**Role Overview**: We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Program Coordinator to join our growing team. The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and evaluating various projects and initiatives that align with our mission and vision. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively collaborate with team members, engage with community partners, and ensure the smooth implementation of our programs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the foundation's leadership to design, plan, and execute programs and initiatives that address our community's needs.
- Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of assigned projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
- Act as a liaison between the foundation, community partners, volunteers, and beneficiaries to foster effective communication and collaboration.
- Assist in the development of project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to maximize impact and efficiency.
- Organize and oversee events, workshops, and campaigns, ensuring they align with our goals and values.
- Support in the recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteers to enhance project implementation.
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, collecting data and feedback to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular progress reports and updates for the foundation's leadership and stakeholders.
- To be in a position to travel if required to coordinate with various hospitals and stake holders.
- Contribute to marketing and communication efforts to raise awareness about the foundation's projects and impact.
- Stay informed about social trends, community needs, and relevant best practices to continually enhance our programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, Community Development).
- Proven experience in program coordination, project management, or related roles within the nonprofit sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
- Passion for social impact and a deep commitment to our foundation's mission.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with community outreach, event planning, and volunteer management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
