TechDiva Foundation, an NGO and sister concern of HashHackCode, is dedicated to empowering girls and women through technology, digital skills, and inclusive opportunities. We are seeking a Program Coordinator to lead and manage TechDiva Foundation’s outreach, events, partnerships, and impact—helping us make a difference in communities across Chennai and beyond.

**Your roles and responsibilities**:

- **Program Coordination**: Plan, schedule, and execute TechDiva Foundation’s workshops, sessions, and events in collaboration with schools, colleges, and community organizations.
- **Volunteer Management**: Recruit, onboard, train, and support volunteers for TechDiva Foundation programs; maintain volunteer records and encourage engagement.
- **Partnership Building**: Liaise with partner schools, NGOs, corporates, and organizations to expand TechDiva Foundation’s network and impact.
- **Impact Tracking**: Collect, organize, and share data, feedback, photos, and success stories that highlight the outcomes of TechDiva Foundation’s initiatives.
- **Safety & Inclusion**: Ensure all sessions are safe, accessible, and inclusive for diverse groups of girls and women.
- **Community Building**: Foster a positive, supportive community of TechDiva Foundation participants, alumni, and mentors.
- **Promotion & Storytelling**: Work with the communications and content teams (including HashHackCode) to share updates and stories about TechDiva Foundation’s impact via social media, newsletters, and events.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports for management and partners, summarizing program progress, impact, and opportunities.

**What we require**:

- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years in program coordination, social work, education, women’s empowerment, or NGO/community engagement.
- **Communication skills**: Clear, empathetic, and confident in both written and spoken English (Tamil/Hindi is a plus).
- **Organized & proactive**: Able to manage multiple projects, events, and relationships at once.
- **Passion for social change**: A genuine commitment to empowering women and girls through education and technology.
- **Collaborative mindset**: Willing to work closely with HashHackCode and other partners to maximize impact.
