We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic **Education Program Coordinator** to join our team and help drive our **STEM Robotics Education Programs** in schools and training centers across Chennai. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh engineering graduates passionate about robotics, technology, and education.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and deliver STEM and Robotics training sessions in schools and educational institutions.
- Develop, organize, and implement engaging educational workshops and competitions related to robotics and coding.
- Customize and update learning materials and lesson plans as per curriculum requirements.
- Train school teachers and mentors in the basics of robotics and usage of STEM kits.
- Provide technical support and guidance during events, workshops, and lab setups.
- Monitor student performance and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the implementation of new robotics kits, programming platforms, and teaching methodologies.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably ECE, CSE, IT, Mechatronics, or related fields).
- Strong interest in robotics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, electronics, and basic programming (Python, C/C++).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Tamil language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel locally to schools and training centers.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-driven, with a passion for education and innovation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
