Education Program Trainer

1. Ensure successful implementation of the program in the cluster of schools allotted

2. Coach and mentor teachers of the school on the Creya curriculum, tools and technologies and the implementation process

3. Coaching teachers on how to use tools and technologies such as Engineering, Robotics, IOT, Programming, 3D Printers, Digital tools and others

4. Mentor teachers on various pedagogies such as experiential learning, inquiry based learning and learning approaches such as STEM Education and Design Thinking.

5. Monitor and manage teachers, coordinators and school heads in the allocated schools to understand and manage stakeholder expectations 6. Contribute to all parts of the Creya organization with inputs to the product & curriculum team, marketing team and strategy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
