Program Coordination Role

This opportunity seeks a skilled professional to manage and coordinate educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver impactful workshops, certification programs, and outreach events.
  • Ensure seamless logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials for each program.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, faculty members, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain open communication with participants, mentors, and partners.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
  • Manage databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Prepare outreach material, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates.
  • Coordinate branding consistency with design and media teams.
  • Partner with IT and platform vendors for LMS, registration portals, and feedback tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues during program rollout.
  • Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments.
  • Recommend improvements based on participant and stakeholder input.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in relevant fields.
  • 2+ years' experience in program/project management (education/outreach preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and LMS/project management tools
