Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a VMS Program Coordinator (India) in Chennai, India. The work will be done remotely. This is a long-term contract. It can lead to permanent employment. Compensation is ₹350/hr.

VMS Program Coordinator (India) — Remote (Chennai-based)

Type: Long-term contract with conversion to permanent

Location: Chennai (100% remote)

Hours: IST with 2–4 hours daily overlap with U.S. Central Time

Role Summary

Own day-to-day coordination for an enterprise MSP/VMS talent program. Screen candidates, ensure high-quality submissions and rate compliance, schedule interviews, and serve as the single point of contact with the VMS operations team while partnering with U.S. recruiters.

Key Responsibilities

- Liaise with VMS team on requisition intake, clarifications, SLAs, and escalations.
- Screen candidates (must-have skills, rate, location, notice period); run brief skills checks when required.
- Prepare, QC, and submit resumes in the VMS; verify documentation and audit readiness.
- Coordinate interviews end-to-end across time zones; confirm panels and logistics.
- Maintain live pipelines, trackers, and weekly reports (submittals, interviews, offers, starts).
- Monitor bill-rate/markup compliance and turnaround times; clear blockers quickly.
- Collaborate with U.S. recruiters and offshore sourcers; run concise daily stand-ups.

Required Qualifications

- 3–6 years in staffing operations, MSP/VMS coordination, or enterprise recruiting coordination.
- Hands-on with a major VMS (e.g., Beeline/Fieldglass) and an ATS (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday).
- Strong resume QC, JD deconstruction, and candidate screening.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; Outlook/Teams/SharePoint proficiency.
- Clear written and spoken English; consistent U.S. overlap availability.

Nice to Have

- Experience supporting IT and Engineering roles.
- Light assessment administration (e.g., iMocha/TestGorilla).
- Basic reporting/BI (Power BI/Data Studio) and automation mindset.

KPIs

- SLA adherence (submission turnaround, time-to-schedule).
- Submission quality (return/rejection rate) and audit accuracy.
- Pipeline velocity (submittal→interview→offer) and stakeholder satisfaction.
