Handle inbound/outbound calls of our customers
- Understand and document customer requirements and issues
- Conduct regular follow ups on issues raised to ensure complete resolution of the issue and customer satisfaction.
- To acquire proficient knowledge on product features and its purpose of use in real time for customers
- Demo the product to potential buyers in an effective manner. Training will be provided for the same.
- Provide training of the software to new clients.

**Skills**:1. Very Good communication, written skills in English and any additional language known is an added advantage.

3. Having pleasant communication and convincing skills

Skill sets required # Spoken & written Skills English, Regional Language, Hindi good Customer focus and handling, knowledge on word
