**Customer Support Executive**

Looking for an experienced customer support executive to provide customer service to the fullest satisfaction.

Ø Ability to handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up until closure to ensure solution.

Ø Immediate liaison to provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems faced by customers with accuracy and efficiency.

Ø Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.

Ø Record maintenance of all transactions and interactions with the customers.

Ø Possess excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.

Ø Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and ensure all issues are properly logged.

Ø Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Ø Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Ø GPS experience is preferable.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)
- Good documentation skills.
- Should have a great customer handling skills with Patience.
- Able to handle unforeseen situations.
- Quick adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
- Speaking Hindi is Mandatory

**Fluency in Hindi language and immediate joiner or with less than 30 days of notice period is preferred.**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
