They are responsible for configuring, customizing, and integrating CRM software to meet the specific needs and requirements of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customize and configure** the CRM system according to the business processes and requirements of clients.
- **Conduct user training sessions** to educate clients and end-users
- **Perform thorough testing of the CRM system** to identify and resolve any bugs, issues, or inconsistencies.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, system configurations, user guides, and training materials.
- Assist in project planning and coordination

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications in CRM systems
- Prior experience working as a CRM Implementer, CRM Administrator, or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM software configuration, customization, and integration. Knowledge of CRM platforms and technologies
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new CRM technologies and updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
