**Overview**:
As the Hospital Maintenance Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of our hospital by overseeing all maintenance activities, from large-scale machinery to intricate equipment. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the upkeep of various facilities and systems to guarantee a safe and efficient environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This position demands a proactive approach, technical proficiency, and effective coordination to maintain the hospital's infrastructure at optimal levels.

He is responsible for Medical gases, Diesel generator daily review, ensure availability of power, ups maintenance, Air-condition system maintenance and routine facility maintenance

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**1. Comprehensive Maintenance Management**:

- Take charge of all maintenance operations within the hospital, spanning from major machinery to intricate medical equipment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules to ensure the functionality and longevity of hospital assets.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand specific maintenance needs and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Oversee the maintenance of building infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and structural integrity.

**2. Equipment Maintenance**:

- Manage the maintenance of medical equipment, ranging from diagnostic machines to patient care devices.
- Establish protocols for preventive maintenance and conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues promptly.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure that equipment meets regulatory standards and remains operational for patient care.

**3. Vendor Management**:

- Liaise with external vendors and service providers to procure maintenance services and supplies as needed.
- Negotiate contracts, review service agreements, and monitor vendor performance to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Conduct periodic evaluations of vendor services and implement improvements or changes as necessary.

**4. Emergency Response and Crisis Management**:

- Develop and implement emergency response plans to address maintenance-related crises, such as equipment failures or utility outages.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to execute emergency protocols and minimize disruptions to hospital operations.
- Provide leadership and guidance during critical incidents to ensure a swift and effective resolution.
