Repair and Maintenance Operative

**Maintaining Medical Equipment**:This involves routine maintenance, inspections, cleaning, calibration, and addressing malfunctions.
- **Repairing Equipment**:Troubleshooting and repairing medical equipment, including X-ray machines, CAT scanners, dialysis machines, ventilators, and more.
- **Building Maintenance**:Ensuring the proper functioning of the hospital's infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- **Preventive Maintenance**:Implementing preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and safety standards.
- **Communication**:Communicating effectively with hospital staff and other departments regarding maintenance needs, schedules, and issues.
- **Budget Management**:Tracking expenses and overseeing the maintenance budget.
- **Training and Supervision**:May be responsible for training new technicians or supervising maintenance staff.
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Regular inspections, cleaning, and maintenance to prevent breakdowns.
- **Corrective Maintenance**: Repairing equipment that has malfunctioned.
- **Predictive Maintenance**: Using data and analysis to predict potential equipment failures.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
